Withdrawal will not affect processing already carried out lawfully, and we may still retain or use data where required or permitted by law.
We may also process personal data for uses permitted without consent under applicable Indian law, including voluntarily provided data used for the purpose for which it was provided and processing needed to comply with legal obligations.

8 Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction. These may include access controls, secure hosting, account authentication, restricted staff access, vendor controls, monitoring and backups. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time passwords confidential. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or personal data has been compromised. If a personal-data breach occurs, we will take appropriate action and provide notifications where required by law.
